| Here is what I noticed after taking 2 capsules of Ultimate Omega each day for a month. 1. My dry skin has dramatically improved. 2. My red eyes are gone. This was the reason I started taking the fish oil. For just about a year now, I have had the most ugly blood shot eyes. Using Visine-type eye drops helped temporarily, but was not the best solution. (Doctors' recommendations were virtually useless.) Since taking the capsules, my eyes are rarely red. I have not changed anything else; still using the same eye makeup, still on the computer for several hours a day, still have the same poor sleeping habits. This has been a real gift for me. Red eyes are never attractive. I haven't noticed any other changes, but I'll assume my health is improved and I will stay healthy for a long time. I'm 60 years old. |

| If you are looking for a non-fishy tasting Omega supplement, this product is for you. I have tried several other brands, but always stopped taking them due to the unpleasant aftertaste. This product has a pleasant, lemon flavor. The Omega-3's and Fish Oil are great for your skin, hair, nails, eyes, joints, and brain function. And Amazon is cheaper than anyplace else I have found for this product. |

I've taken fish oil supplements in the past, and couldnt get past the fishy taste. I also never noticed a difference in how I feel. A friend recommended these to me, and though it killed me to spend the money, I bought a bottle. Number one, no fishy taste or aftertaste. Number two, the best surprise ever - because even though I started taking these for all my bone and joint ailments, I was shocked to notice how my ANXIETY has gotten better. I have terrible anxiety, I have an open RX for xanax, and take on an as needed basis, which is really only about one or two times a month. I have been battling this anxiety for the past three or four years. Lately I have noticed the anxiety is GONE. The only thing I have changed in my lifestyle is that I started taking this supplement. Coincidence? I don't think so! I am pretty darn happy about it too.
Another note if you buy these, keep them in your refrigerator - my friend has had a few bottles actually go bad and her chiropractor told her keeping them in the fridge will prevent this. |
