The Nordic Naturals Omega-3 (non-ultimate version) has a pale yellow color. Taste is a combination of slight lemon and very slight fish. The fish taste is minimal and almost imperceptible. The Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega is clear (no color) and has a very faint lemon taste with no fish taste at all. On a per ounce basis and per nutrient basis, the non-Ultimate version is significantly cheaper than the Ultimate version. IMHO, saving money on the cheaper non-Ultimate Omega-3 liquid is worth it. You can always drink two doses of Omega-3 to equal one dose of Ultimate Omega-3 and still save money.
Just remember the oil can last up to 3 months if refrigerated. If you can't drink it all within the 3 months, then buy a smaller |

| This stuff is the most concentrated omega 3 nordic naturals sells based on the serving size (1 tsp). It's also a good value for the money. However, it does taste horrible so always chase this down with water. The lemony flavor is unnecessary and it doesn't do anything, as the main flavor is still fish! yuck. |
